Concept Statement
Our vision is to establish a digital marketing firm that promotes diversity as the cornerstone for usefulness in co-working spaces while also providing an innovative and sustainable work balance. The design establishes a joyful, relaxed collaborative work environment that fosters deep bonds and intimate internal and external interactions.
We created a productive collaborative work environment with access to private workplaces that strike a balance between intimate connection and a constructive work environment. The interior of this digital marketing organization builds a space that focuses on sustainability and provides an eco-friendly atmosphere. While incorporating natural elements into workstations creates an outdoor-like ambiance within and around the businesses, clients, and workers will feel at ease and at home.
On the fifth floor would be how you access Connect because it's in a building with multiple other businesses. Located on the fifth floor are the reception area, large conference room, and different areas for workers to get together for smaller meetings or work independently such as the lobby, social stairs that lead up to the sixth floor, phone booths, seating along the wall, also located on the fifth floor are all-inclusive restrooms, kitchen/break room, and a storage room.
On the sixth floor is where I more focused on this project since it was a collaborative project, On the sixth floor there are multiple offices such as both owner offices, and the HR office and they are closed off for privacy reasons but the HR office has solid walls not being able to see in for even more privacy. There are also permanent desk stations for the designers or workers who would be working closely together every day. Lastly, there is a small conference room, seating along the windows and tables with seating along with many whiteboards on the floor to promote collaboration and quick ideation and brainstorming there are also printing services, phone booths, and all-inclusive restrooms on the sixth floor.
